i, the living man known as hugh edward of the family smith (hereinafter and throughout the site “Nameholder”, “Holder in Due Course”), and known to the public as and using the Trade Name Hugh Edward Smith©™, do hereby publish this website for the purpose of giving lawful Public Notice to all Man and persons worldwide. The following is mostly excerpts/quotes/paraphrases from the documents published on this site and/or elsewhere.
The Nameholder has issued a Certificate of Assumed Name (“Certificate”) “to conduct business in commerce” and is using the unincorporated business Hugh Edward Smith in international trade. A Declaration of Status (“DoS”) shows the distinctions of identifiers and relationships between the Nameholder and the various vessels being operated. Among other sections, the DoS has a Deed of Re-Conveyence & Domicile Declaration, Act of Expatriation, Rescission of Signatures and Notice of Liability (expanded version). Smith, Hugh Edward is Attorney-in-Fact and currently has the only Power of Attorney concerning the Nameholder’s estate and affairs.
Any unauthorized use of the Nameholder’s Copyright or Trademark Property which results in any harm to the Nameholder’s estate, good name, credit, reputation, rights, titles, or interests to any and all property, tangible and intangible is a violation of copyright and/or trademark laws, international laws and treaties subject to fines, injunctions, restitution, compensation, and the Fee Schedule. Contact the Attorney-in-Fact to inquire about obtaining a license to use any of Nameholder’s Property.
All Public Officials are subject to the Fee Schedule. This is your Notice that the previously mentioned vessels are owed all material rights, duties, exemptions, insurances, treaties, bonds, agreements, and guarantees including indemnity and full faith and credit; you are also hereby provided with Notice that these vessels are not subject to Territorial or Municipal United States law and are owed The Law of Peace from all Territorial and Municipal Officers and employees who otherwise have no permission to approach or address them.
All violators, agents, actors under color of law, and actions under color of authority claimed by any corporations, associations, or subcontractors, agencies or agents of any kind or like violating or attempting to violate the political status and Title Order of the Nameholder at any time past, present, or future shall be liable severally, and jointly to the Notice(s) as an affidavit of obligation in the normal commercial sense and as such is a severity representing accounts receivable and is a lien upon the real and movable property, malpractice insurance and/or performance bonds of any such violators and is not dischargeable in bankruptcy court or subject to any probate claim; at all times the Nameholder’s property is exempt from third party levy and all related vessels in commerce and in trade are tax pre-paid.
